The Sugar Scoops Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sugar Scoops LLC, 1880 Eastwest Pkwy # 8089, Fleming Island, FL 32003.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The promotion begins when the Sugar Scoops Sweepstakes Entry listing is posted on sugarscoops.org and ends when that listing is marked sold out or removed from the site. Entries submitted after the promotion ends are void.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. You may enter by obtaining a Sugar Scoops Sweepstakes Entry through the site during the promotion period, or you may enter without purchase by mail.

To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words “Sugar Scoops Sweepstakes Entry” on a plain sheet of paper and mail it in a standard envelope to: Sugar Scoops Sweepstakes, 1880 Eastwest Pkwy # 8089, Fleming Island, FL 32003.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the promotion period and received within 7 days after the promotion ends. Limit one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced or incomplete entries are void.

Entry Limits

Each valid sweepstakes entry item purchased counts as one entry. Each valid mail-in submission counts as one entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or similar automated means are void.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One winner will receive a Sugar Scoops prize package consisting of Sugar Scoops products selected by the sponsor. The approximate retail value of the prize package will be the value posted or announced by Sugar Scoops for the applicable promotion.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, phone number, or mailing address associated with the selected entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the sponsor may select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, or illegible entries, or for technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the promotion.
